Support is not a necessary evil for BackupAgent. Our team is eager to help you and learn from your experiences, since this leads to an even further improved software product. Our team is always available to provide you with the best possible support.
We offer various support services to partners:
Technical Support
- Technical support is available via Internet, email or telephone.
- Email Support: Response for issues reported by email within business hours.
- Telephone Support: Available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am CET to 5:30 pm CET.
Partner Portal Support
BackupAgent has developed a Partner Portal, dedicated for registered partners. Partners have access to the latest documents, white-papers, technical reports, troubleshooters, technical updates, FAQs and of course software updates.
Professional Services
The BackupAgent Technical Services team provides valuable expertise throughout implementation of our software solution within partner networks. Expertise and experience on both infrastructure and integration with other systems have proven to be very useful. Our engineers bring in-depth product knowledge and implementation experience to every backup/recovery project.
Partner Training
BackupAgent provides training classes for new partners, which are held at the BackupAgent Headquarters and at partner sites. Both technical training and commercial training are provided.
