BackupAgent Services

BackupAgent Services is a Software-as-a-Service model, which enables you to offer a secure online backup service to your customers. With BackupAgent Services, your customers can backup their data from a desktop, laptop or server to our central BackupAgent Servers. You do not need to invest in hardware or infrastructure. You can offer a branded service, with your own name and label.

Infrastructure & Security

BackupAgent uses high-end storage equipment, which is located in a physically secured datacentre in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. An extensive SLA with the datacentre guarantees the continuity and maximal uptime of the service.

Your customers’ data is stored redundantly on two physically separated locations, to ensure the availability of the data.

The datacentre itself has multiple Standardization Certifications, such as BS7799 (Code of practice for information security management) and ISO9002 (Quality Management Systems).
