Partner Levels
In order to offer a continues growth path, several partner levels are defined in the BackupAgent Partner Program. The program consists of four levels: Registered Partner, BackupAgent Silver Partner, BackupAgent Gold Partner, BackupAgent Platinum Partner.
Registered Partner
Parties that have a license agreement with BackupAgent, are automatically Registered Partner. The support from BackupAgent on this level is granting access to our Partner Portal. Here they find information documents, marketing collateral and tools with regard to the BackupAgent Software.
BackupAgent Silver Partner
Silver Partners are Partners who are dedicated about growing their business. Typically they are new to the SaaS market and early in the business cycle. Silver partners are given access to all technical and marketing collateral for establishing positioning themselves in the market place, they can also opt for free trainings.
BackupAgent Gold Partner
Gold partners are larger Partners who have regional or national coverage. They typically have a large customer base and have the commercial execution power to follow their ambitious sales plans. Gold Partners are given all commercial and technical assistance to help growing their business.
BackupAgent Platinum Partner
Platinum partners are large national or international Providers that have a leading position. Typically their leading position allows them to market the product heavily and to grow their business at a high speed. Platinum partners receive the highest level of assistance from BackupAgent as well as a yearly Marketing Development Fund.
