BackupAgent uses high-end storage equipment, which is located in a physically secured datacenter in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. An extensive SLA with the datacenter guarantees the continuity and maximized availability of the service. Your customers can always access their backed up data.

Your customers’ data is stored redundantly on two physically separate locations, to ensure the availability of the data.

The datacenter itself has multiple Standardization Certifications, such as BS7799 (Code of practice for information security management) and ISO9002 (Quality Management Systems).
