Distributor in Italy

BackupAgent has entered the Italian market by signing a distribution agreement with SNT Technologies SpA. The new agreement enables SNT to distribute the BackupAgent Appliances in Italy amongst a large group of resellers. These hardware/software combinations offer powerful disk-to-disk capabilities and are a perfect replacement for tape backups. With the appliances Italian resellers are able to meet the various (internal) backup demands of small and medium-sized businesses.

SNT Technologies spa is a Value Added Distributor that specializes in storage. In addition it is the largest distributor of Fujitsu-Siemens products in Europe. The portfolio also includes solutions by EMC and VMware. To boost awareness of its appliances BackupAgent has organized a number of presentations during reseller meetings in Italy. Already the first resellers have provided BackupAgent Appliances to their customers.
