Moos Bulder - CEOMoos is a seasoned IT Industry executive, having held top positions in global General Management and Sales and Marketing for over thirty years. He has a successful track record in building and turning around companies and organizations, in developing direct and indirect sales organizations with distributors, OEMs, resellers, consulting and software companies and in dealing with Fortune 1000 companies. In the last five years, as President/CEO of Verio Europe, a full subsidiary of NTT Communications in Japan, Moos oversaw all European operations. Previously, he was Vice President for PSINet Inc.'s hosting business in Europe; prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Strategic Alliances for Open Enterprise Computing at Siemens in Germany, successfully expanding its international business. |

Paul de Grijp - CFOCo-founder of BackupAgent in 2003. Paul is an all-rounder. He has been responsible for the software developments and operations of the company in the past and currently Paul is the ‘internal engine’ of BackupAgent. Having extremely well developed analytical skills, Paul makes sure that all of Finance-, HR- and Legal-items are in line with the goals of the company and the international growth ambition. Paul holds a Master degree of Science from the Technical University of Delft. |

Robbert van Geldrop - CTOCo-founder of BackupAgent and the visionary initiator of the online backup concept. Having had 2 earlier technology companies, he is an experienced entrepreneur with an enormous ICT-affinity. Robbert has a clear strategic vision and sets the technical roadmap for BackupAgent. Robbert holds a Masters degree in Science and is unbeatable at chess. |

Edward van der Jagt - Director SalesEdward has been active in local and international sales management and business development functions over the last 15 years, within Hewlett-Packard, Oxxio and Dell Financial Services. In these roles he focused on building, motivating and managing sales teams across multiple countries with a clear drive, winning mentality and creative mindset to build strong relationships with large customers and partners. Edward is a true believer of “listen first – then speak” for obtaining a clear picture of the customer’s business challenges and needs. His extensive sales experience and entrepreneurial attitude fits perfectly well with BackupAgent’s goals to become a dominant player in online backup software and solutions. Edward, born in 1964, holds bachelor degrees in Business Economics and Marketing. |

Roland Sars - Director Marketing and New Business DevelopmentCo-founder of BackupAgent in 2003. Roland is a genuine entrepreneur; born with a truly commercial instinct and vision on business growth. Roland is responsible for all marketing activities and is the public face of BackupAgent. Roland’s power lies in listening and reviewing new market movements closely and anticipating on those by developing new product-market combinations and business opportunities in many regions and segments. Roland is a pragmatic team player who has an enormous drive for success. With an analytical and creative mind, Roland believes in setting clear and ambitious goals and following a structured path to accomplish these goals. Roland holds a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. |

Sjoerd Kessels - Director Research and DevelopmentSjoerd has a broad IT-background in development of software, project management, pre-sales, consultancy, support and line management. Sjoerd has a strong interest in the link between IT, people and organization. With a background in Business Administration he has more than 12 years of experience with optimizing businesses processes and productivity of employees based on information technology. This experience will be leveraged within BackupAgent to manage the Research and Development department. |

Ruud van Veen - Director Support and OperationsRuud combines strong management skills with up-to-date technical and business knowledge. He has proven to be a result-oriented manager who motivates people to reach the defined targets.Before BackupAgent, Ruud worked for e-office as a senior Project Manager. In this job, he successfully managed some large IT projects for Rabobank International and Achmea. Prior to that, Ruud has held several management functions within ING Group, Postbank and the Dutch government. Ruud is experienced in dealing with situations where companies have to adjust to rapidly changing customer needs. Within BackupAgent, Ruud will concentrate on analyzing customer demands and structuring the accompanying processes and procedures. |
